This Yoga Series is designed specifically for Pregnant women, on the journey of creation. Learn modifications you can take home with you to ease nausea, heartburn, low back pain, varicose veins, carpal tunnel syndrome and all of the ailments associated with pregnancy. Learn meditation and relaxation techniques to clear your mind and find withdrawal of the senses to take with you in your labor. Build strength, endurance, and flexibility of muscles needed for childbirth.
