This is a fun flowing vinyasa class that will allow you to include arm balances that are already in your practice, or you will be given strength building options to start building the strength needed for inversions and arm balances
 

All Levels Hot Yoga All Levels (90-95 Degrees)

This is a beautiful flowing practice that will get your heart pumping. Linking movement with breath, classes feature a vigorous sequence including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available

Beginners Hot Yoga  All Levels (80-85 Degrees)

​You can start in any of our "All Levels Classes," but if you're still unsure about starting in an all levels class, this is a good class for you:

Linking movement with breath, classes feature a sequence including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available. 

Community Class - (90-95 Degrees)

This is a beautiful flowing practice that will get your heart pumping. Linking movement with breath, classes feature a slower sequence with extra direction; including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available. 

Intermediate Hot Yoga  All Levels (90-95 Degrees)

We suggest that you take at least 10 regular vinyasa classes before practicing in an intermediate class:

In all of our classes, we encourage self awareness and compassion towards yourself and your body. Taking a modification in a pose or choosing to be in childs pose, shows signs of an advanced and wise yogi. We want you to listen to your body and do what's best for you.
