Community Class - (90-95 Degrees)

Beginner Slow Flow -(80-85 Degrees)

A Gentle Flowing Class that will offer a wide range of poses, to both Awaken and Calm the Mind and Body

 

Community Class
Due to high occupancy, we have to implement the following guidelines for Friday Nights Community class:

  • We open the doors 30 min before class - no sooner. 
  • If you're worried about getting a spot in class, please reserve your spot in advance on the app 
  • When class starts, we close the door and anyone that has not shown up to class, will lose their spot to someone who is waiting to get in

Soulful Yoga - (Warm) 

Culturally-Affirming Yoga Class for People of color. This is a body-positive space. All experience levels, sizes, abilities, are welcome! A safe nurturing space, where we can open our hearts, ground down, move, connect, relax with good vibes, soulful music, and a Vinyasa flow along with restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation.You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected with community.

Beginners Hot Yoga  All Levels (80-85 Degrees)

​Beginners can start in any of our "All Levels Classes," or in our beginners class!

​Mindful Morning Flow - (80-85 Degrees) 
Mindfully step into your day with balance and ease in this moderate level class. Begin by releasing tightness and tension throughout the body and move into steady, flowing movement that warms the muscles and opens the joints. Breathwork and meditation will be offered to help balance the mind and body and get you ready and steady for the day ahead.​​ *Room may be gently heated.

In all of our classes, we encourage self awareness and compassion towards yourself and your body. Taking a modification in a pose or choosing to be in childs pose, shows signs of an advanced and wise yogi. We want you to listen to your body and do what's best for you.

Lila FLows - non-heated

Designed for adults & their children, ages 4-12!

“Lila in Sanskrit means divine play, which I felt is a perfect description for this class. Lila Flow was designed specifically for moms and dads to take with their kids. Lila Flow is a mix of dance, creative play, and yoga. I'm a huge believer in movement as medicine. So if the winter cold has you feeling blue, this class has the cure for you! This is a great way 

Yin/Yang - (75-80 Degrees)

his Class is the perfect way to end the day. There will be a mixture of poses that will get your blood flowing, finished off with some longer holds in stretches and an extended Savasana. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed

One adult/child combo: $25/class. Adults can use class cards/memberships and pay for their child separately for $14 drop in, or a 5 class card for $50 

Intermediate Hot Yoga  All Levels (90-95 Degrees)

We suggest that you take at least 10 regular vinyasa classes before practicing in an intermediate class. In an intermediate class, you will be expected to know basic alignment and how to work, safely, at your own level.
