Levels and Class desription

Beginers Hot Yoga  All Levels (80-85 Degrees)

All of our classes are all levels, but if you're still unsure about coming into an all levels class, this is a good class for you to start in:

This is a beautiful flowing practice that will get your heart pumping. Linking movement with breath, classes feature a vigorous sequence; including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available. 

Community Class - (90-95 Degrees)

This is a beautiful flowing practice that will get your heart pumping. Linking movement with breath, classes feature a slower sequence with extra direction; including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available. 

In all of our classes, we encourage self awareness and compassion towards yourself and your body. Taking a modification in a pose or choosing to be in childs pose, shows signs of an advanced yogi. We want you to listen to your body and do what's best for you.
